Who we are
S.C. Predict CSD Consulting S.R.L. (Predict Edumedia), based in Romania, Arad, 26 Caransebeș Street, CIF 19046173, as an operator of personal data, according to the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

Data collection is carried out with your consent.
data we collect
The data you are asked to provide when creating your user account will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, upon receipt of your consent. These are: surname, first name, email, phone number, city, country, time zone, description, photo, date of birth etc.
Hosting platforms systems also gather some other data from you in order to deliver you learning content:
- Messages you send us;
- Time spent on the game;
- IP address, browser, general geo-localisation of the device used to navigate/authenticate as a registered user;
- Google Analytics retains some data, as specified here: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Providing this data is necessary in order to access the modules as a registered user. Should you choose not to provide these data, you can only access the Preview sections which require no registration.

While navigating on the learning platform, the system uses cookies to enhance your experience, measure your performance by Google Analytics etc. They are necessary for the platform to function properly. In case you want to remove them, you can do this in your browser following the instructions below, but you won’t be able to access some sections on the platform.

Based on the navigation data provided by you, your user experience can be enhanced by using filters.

The data we collect from you is used (for):
- to operate and improve our services: we use your information to ensure the operational functionality of our services and to monitor their utilization;
- account administration: handling the registration and management of your user account, your personal information facilitates access to the service’s exclusive features for registered members;
- contractual obligations: employing personal data to fulfil, execute, and manage the buying agreement for the goods, items, or services you have acquired, or any other agreement made with us through the service;
- communication purposes: we may reach out to you through email, phone calls, SMS, or other digital communication methods, like push notifications from mobile apps, to send updates or information related to the service’s features, products, or services you’ve engaged with, especially for important security updates necessary for their delivery;
- marketing and promotions: offering information about other products, services, and events we provide, similar to your past purchases or inquiries, unless you choose not to receive such communications;
- request fulfilment: processing and addressing your submitted inquiries or requests to our company;
- in certain scenarios, we might share your personal data as follows:
- with service providers: sharing personal data with third-party entities that assist in analysing and monitoring our service usage or in contacting you;
- with affiliates: sharing your data with our affiliate companies, ensuring they comply with this privacy policy;
- with business allies: to provide you with specific offerings, your information may be shared with our partners;
- with other users: your personal information becomes accessible to other users and possibly publicly disclosed outside when you engage in public sections or share content;
- during corporate transactions: in the event of mergers, asset sales, financings, or acquisitions of our business, partially or in whole, we might transfer or share your personal data.
Duration of data processing
Your registration/ subscription and the use of your data are valid until you withdraw your consent by deleting your account. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Your rights
Once you register on the platform, you can exert your rights as mentioned in the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 by sending an email to office@predictconsulting.ro.
Your rights are:
- Right of access by the data subject;
- Right to rectification;
- Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’);
- Right to restriction of processing;
- Notification obligation regarding rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing;
- Right to data portability;
- Right to object;
- Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority and before the competent courts of the Member States in accordance with Article 79, and to obtain redress and, where appropriate, compensation for a breach of the binding corporate rules.
Who can access the data when transferred outside the scope of UE/SEE
The information introduced when registering is stored on secured systems which can be accessed by the organisation’s personnel with responsibilities in the matter. Moreover, data are used on automated email/short message platforms, such as Mail Chimp, Moodle, Google Inc., web/web design providers that ensure adequate protection as stated in their terms and conditions. Withdrawing consent
Should you wish to have your account erased from the platform, request it in an email to office@predictconsulting.ro.
